Back in 2020, when Lexie saw the success of the video tribute to 30th anniversary of Disney's "The Little Mermaid", Lexie decided that she would do a small series of tribute videos to films showing mermaids. So she immediately had the idea of making a tribute video to another "Little Mermaid", the one from the movieproduced by Tomoharu Katsumata, by covering Marina's song. Lexie wanted to get this project up and running very quickly so she bought a second hand tail from Finfolk and replaced all the scales with the same shape as the ones she used for Lunea. And so her Marina tail was born.

Unfortunately, the arrival of the Covid delayed the project which was finally published in March 2022.
